  • Art Cool Art

    I'm going to try to upload a painting I just finished. It's acrylic on watercolor paper. I painted it to go into my Art Cool LG heating/air conditioning unit. Art meets comfort. The painting looks great in the Art Cool - just as if it was framed and hanging on the wall as a regular framed piece...

    Lori, thank you. That helps a lot. I was wondering if my information on cadmiums was right because Kisu has been calling them transparent. I think she means that if you use it really watered down, it can appear transparent on the first wash. I need to ask her about that. I have used the quinacridone...

  • "Snow Rose"

    It seems appropriate this time of the year to paint snow - we had a light dusting, here in Albuquerque, in November. Of course it melted before noon. This watercolor is an attempt to remember that moment. My roses are all gone now, but my painting will remain. Matted and framed it is 28 x 22 inches....
