Late Afternoon View from Windy Hill.

Windy Hill is a good vantage point from which to view Redwood City, Palo Alto, Mountain View and beyond in all directions, as far north as San Francisco and beyond San Jose in the south. This painting makes the vantage poiint itself the focus.

View from the Kitchen

This is an oil on board I did about 10 years ago, showing the view from my parents' home in San Francisco towards Mount San Bruno.  I tried to do this fairly quickly and remember enjoying the freedom of not obsessing over details (which I still haven't completely learned.)

SoMa Poles

OIl painting, 16" x 20" of a street in the South of Market area in San Francisco.  I really liked the rhythm of the utility poles and the shadows they threw on the building. 

San Francisco Street Trolley
