Susan Fox is an oil painter who lives on the north coast of
California. She is a Signature Member of the Society of Animal Artists
and also belongs to Oil Painters of America, Artists for Conservation
and the California Art Club. She
specializes in the wildlife and land of Mongolia, but also paints subjects from Kenya and western
North America, using a traditional oil technique. Her
work has been accepted into a variety of national juried shows,
including the Society of Animal Artists' shows "Art and the Animal" and
"Small Works-Big Impressions", the American Academy of Equine Artists
Fall Open Juried Competition and also "Art and the Animal Kingdom,
"Arts for the Parks Top 100" and a variety of regional exhibitions
