Born in Vella Luka on the island of Korchula on the Adriatic sea, where my parents were hidden during WW2
to Israel we came 1n 1948, living in many parts of it, my drawing/painting life started at school, I was always overwhelmed by the light and shade, by colors of nature around me, about 30 years ago - decided I am not good enough and just destroyed everything I did, my father and sister saved one painting and some drawings. I went on taking photographs and traveling where ever and whenever I could, which actually kept my "eye-hand and my sense of colors and light" and then about 5 years ago I just started painting and drawing again, so I am self taught - using books, videos, and found a tutor artist (who became a friend) since then had 2 exhibitions and 3 group exhibitions, also sold some
I work mainly in acrylics ( the oil fumes are bad for my health, and the water soluble are too expensive) I love drawing and lately developed a love for pastels, which I enjoy doing.
