I am mostly a self-taught artist. I am married with one child. My family is the subject of most of my work since it is what I live with and who I have life experiences with. I went to school for two years and graduated with an associates in fine arts. I have drawn and studied art ever since I could remember. I try to keep my style painterly while capturing light and movement. My main concern, however, is evoking emotions or stirring a memory while learning new technical skills to enhance my paintings. I consider myself a student who is always learning from my own work.
