I love the Lord. That is where my story starts, for He gave me the life I live. And painting is one of His gifts that I will use to glorify Him.
I was born in 1977, and I always loved to paint. But it was not until 2004 that I started with oil paint, and my husband was and still is a wonderful encouragement for me, as are my parents and my children.
I have three wonderful children, so I don’t get that much time to paint, but I love to do it at every chance. I enjoy the thrill of colors mixing together and bringing a canvas to life. I have not had the chance to study art formally yet. So right now I’m reading art books and trying to work out a discipline to paint as much as I could so I could gain more understanding and skill. There is a saying that you can judge a painter by the miles of canvas he has covered, I’m still in my first steps and I love the journey.
