I am a Canadian realist fine artist with
passion for art since childhood. My first oil painting was sold at age of 12.
I have exhibited my oil paintings nationally and internationally and received
numerous awards from first & second place awards, Honorable Mention Awards,
Viewers’ Choice Awards to Certificate of Excellence Award. My profile was
published in many local, national & international publications such as “Who
is who in Visual Art”, Germany,
“Florence Biennale Catalog”, Chianciano Biennale and in Ferrara, Italy,
“Gallery & Studio” magazine (The world of the Working Artist) NYC, “Chamber
of Commerce Courier”, CA, "The sounds of art" Denmark, and in many
Press Releases as a feature artist such as “Arteast Newsletter”, “Gloucester Art
Council”, “Ottawa Art Association”, Canada.
I have a B.F.A and measured in Interior and
Exterior designs, Egypt - Commercial Arts Diploma - Certificate of Achievement
in Digital Media and Desktop Publishing with Honor Award, Canada. In 1982 I was commissioned to produce oil
painting of the Canadian Constitution Acts which was presented to the Prime
Minister of Canada Mr. Pierre E. Trudeau. 1999, I had received a letter of
thanks and appreciation from Mr. P. E. Trudeau for that painting.
I
see art in the fullness of life and life in the fullness of art. Art for me is an expression of love. I have always perceive art as the important bond for our beautiful
world. Applying art in our lives can lead to the mutual understanding, respect
and hold tight the values of our world and cultures. I have always believed that art is a
manifestation of love, loving the nature around us and the people we share our
world with. Art is a powerful tool and a silent International language that can
convey messages to the world reflecting culture, history and civilization. This
language can speak up, announce, express, make known, unify, bring together,
support, encourage, share, care for, show compassion and kind feelings toward
all. When we truly love what we do, we do it whole-souled and become
professionals at it. In two words; Art is to LOVE."
