Born and educated in Nova Scotia, Marg lived in a number of places in Canada. With her post secondary schooling in the cartography vein, she was able to explore a number of positions and gradually branched more into the graphics end of the field.
Called home to the East coast by a family emergency, Marg realised she would settle permanently there; she made a new life that included a husband, home and now small studio/gallery.
Painting is a relatively new interest of Marg's, but a passion that is growing. Chasing the light and capturing scenes of quickly disappearing rural Nova Scotia has taken Marg down a new course. She has discovered some painters she would like to study with and is working toward that end.
