After 6o+ years, I have finally discovered my passion! I love painting as the process totally absorbs me and the results surprise me. As a retired nurse, wife, mother and now grandmother, painting affords me an opportunity to express myself in a total different manner. A whole new world has opened to me in the past two years and I am even more aware of how beautiful and precious life is. I am reading and painting almost every day and I have been fortunate to have so many people help me on my journey and the library system has been a marvelous source, as it has great books on how to get started.
