I am a self-taught artist living in San Antonio,Texas. Painting is something i've always wanted to do and have been doing for about nine years. While my subject matter varies, portraits are usually what i am requested to do the most. Having gotten a late start i chose portrait painting because i felt it was the hardest to do and would bring me up to speed quickly. The first person i showed my porfolio to (included only four paintings at that time) got me my first commision which by word of mouth eventually lead to others.
