Walking with Poppy

Acrylic Painting This painting was inspired by a photo I took of my husband Martin and our grandson taking a walk together. I was struck by how small my grandson looked next to his Poppy, and how small they both looked next to a very tall tree in front of them. I am experimenting with textures and techniques, and I had a lot of fun with this impressionistic painting.
