A graphite on Bainbridge #80 portrait of Rita Hayworth. 40"x60"
Framed under glass. All blurred and faded areas is the glass, not the art.
This piece was a hand breaker and pain in the neck, most of the drawings with lots of hair and black background usually are. Covering large black areas with a pencil, evenly and matching the contours of the subject is tough, at least for me. But I'm happy with it, this was before Gilda, so I'm doing another one of her's from that film.
