This is an array of B & W pics and letters from years gone by; The little girl at the door in her chair and the high flying Lassy in the swing are my daughters. (Now in their 40's) The house picture is a fav from 20 years ago. The stamps/letters are just after the war written by my mother to my father well before I was born. The pic of the upright fell'a is me headed to my first school day. The Kenya stamp/letter is from a journey I took in 1967. (Unfortunately, the yellow fringe on the pieces explains why i made the painting. Linen cloth with acrylic painting will last well into the next century.)

This piece is intended for my Grandchildren.

About dmac

Thank you for stopping-by.

I'm an American born, contemporary realist painter usually working from my small studio in the Midwestern high plains or during the summer at a rustic, lakeside shack near Minneapolis. I have a Fine Arts degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology. I'm glad you enjoy my work.
