Chubby Girl

Chubby Girl, (8×10") oil on canvas panel, 10-2011. This is again from my soul's diary series, it's kinda autobiographical.  This chubby girl crying was me when I was about 10 years old.  I was tortured daily in school for being the chubby girl with glasses.  I would come home crying everyday, vowing to myself that I wouldn't be a fat adult.  This girl is a big part of who I am today as an adult. (Sidenote:  I am very happy to say I weight less at 25 than I did at ten.)
