This painting was critiqued by Frank Webb. Anyone want to see if they find the same problems as he did?

OP, nice composition, but I have a thing about only one color in shadows, (the path). They should reflect, the ground, the trees and other surroundings, and take into consideration the sun.. This painting has a little too much blue for my taste.
I TEND TO AGREE WITH JAN - I FIND THE TWO WHITE-ISH "SWOOPS" AT THE WATERS EDGE TO BE CONFLICTING. ALSO I THINK THE SAND SHOULD BE "WETTER" (DARKER)NEAR THE WATERS EDGE AS COMPARE TO CLOSER IN LAND WHERE IT IS MORE DRIED OUT.
LOVE THE 2 STROLLERS!
I actually like the blue, Richard has some good points about the sand and the white strip.What stands out the most is the horizon on the left. It's too high.
I think you guys have the wrong ruler out. Look at my paintings. They don't resemble reality! They are color and design. It doesn't matter what color the sand is where. It matters what the shape, contrast, force of direct is and how it interacts in the compostion. There are painters that worry about whether a color is as it is supposed to be according to reality.
If I held your standard up, Jan & Richard, Your paintings would collapse under the examination of what color it should be.

That the grass in the FG divides the painting in two and that the cloud over the point looks like a halo.
I looked at this painting and thought about being on the road leading down to the beach. I want to step into painting, even if its not trying to be a literal interpretation. I understand the need to analysis and improve, although I wouldn't change anything. Do you ever just put it down and like it in spite of your knowledge of what others will say is wrong with it?
I should of known this was a trick question! That damn foreground barrier again - see OP you have trained me to ignore your FG barriers!! I think Frank is spliting hairs on this one!! Split in half or not, halo (???) or not it's a damn good painting.
Tony, I never consider what others will say. I think the first critic is yourself. I see faults in everything I do. I'm sure you do too. And I never consider whether what I do reflects the truth. I would prefer it is a symbolistic representation that makes good visual graphic sense.
Who cares if a shadow really has certain colors reflecting in it. I'm more concerned that the colors in the shadow meet the color scheme in the painting and are the color I want in that spot.
What do you think Matisse would have said to those who wanted things in his paintings that they would put in it if they were the artist?
Well if I wanted applause for all of my paintings, I would not put them up. I can do that for myself. I want to learn! The nice thing about advice is you can take it or leave it.
Me too. Right from the beginning of my posting I said just tell me what is wrong. I don't want the positive. But I think you were wrong here. Would you be one of those telling Picasso there is only one eye on each side when it was obvious he asn't trying to capture reality? I suggest there are artists and there are photographers.
I'm sure he did have his colleagues tell him that. If you have ever read "Life with Picasso", you will see they met daily to talk about art, and I'm sure there were many heated arguements. He was a volatile artist.
So you find it easier to turn this into a discussion about Picasso then to stick with the issue of critiquing style instead of the art of art?
I STILL THINK FRANK WAS SPLITTING HAIRS AND JUST HAD TO COME UP WITH SOME KIND OF A PROBLEM. I REALLY LIKE IT. ALTHOUGH ONE OF THOSE STROLLERS HAS TWO EYES ON THE SIDE OF THEIR HEAD!!!!!
