Nice monotone painting although difficult to determine the subject from a distance.Was that done purposely?

Kells...not really this was from a photo that reminded me of how my son danced when a teen...sort an inside family joke...so I could not resist using it as the basis for this paintng...it is a gift to him, he has other monocrome paintings so I did this so it would fit in with them...T
