Mt. Evans in Autumn

This is a pastel painting 9x11 of an area near the top of Mt. Evans.  The tundra was looking especially colorful at that time of the year, late August, and so I decided that the scene needed to be painted.

A very good impressionistic painting. It seems like a Monet landscape by the way you have shown the light.
