Oil colors on canvas, done with painting knives

2010, 100x100 cm

It is advisable to view this painting under "View Full Size" in order to capture the 3D-like texture

This painting is an attempt to capture the unique atmosphere after a group of people visited Ein Kerem next to Jerusalem.
  I have re-loaded this painting again in order to emphasize how it changes under a different natural daylight illumination. I am still not satisfied with the photo since it does not do justice to the real story.

Abraham - I think I commented on this at "Painters", but I'm very happy to say something here. Your Style is so amazing - the effects and details you get, the colors you use are all just wonderful. And, Yes, They have to be seen Large to be really appreciated. They must be spectacular in "person".

Skylar - Thank you very much for your very kind feedback. Indeed you have already commented on the earlier upload. This time I am showing the same painting from a different angle and illumination. It is "dynamic" and changes under such conditions because of its 3D texture.As you guessed they are indeed spectacular in "person" (in real life).
