So where is The Pope???  Very interesting painting and color combinations.  The painting makes me think - ok what was going on here, what do these chairs face and when are they used.  A rather thought stimulating painting.  I like it.

I just had a flashback to a game of musical chairs when I was a youngster!  ;-)  I like the light and shadows in this especially Jan.  :)

Thank you for your comments.  I guess that is my goal: to bring as many people into my paintings as possible.  We all come in from different experiences. My challenge is always to create a mood in the subject matter that makes people stop and comtemplate a little
