I love this particular portrait of Earnest Hemingway because of its vibrant colors, gold ink, style and mood. Pictures like this helps me appreciate impressions plus what a ballpoint pen can do as an art medium.

Elias, I'm pleased that you like this Hemingway  portrait. I love the gold, brown, light blue coloring and white pen spaces because this is one of my favorite pictures. It's also a cheerful or very delightful picture in my opinion which motivates me as an artist. Cheers, Jerry

Very well done!  Looks really nice.

And how can you not like "The Old Man and The Sea"!!!  LOL

I can believe it was done with ballpoint.
