The shoreline of a pond in Fermi Lab is what inspired this 16 x 20 oil on linen painting.

Beautiful colors in this. Love the eye movement in this.

I like this delicate water scene.  Great sense of atmosphere, I can almost hear the crickets chirping and feel the sun on my neck!

Ooooooo!  I love this, the evocative quality, the elegant painterly brushwork, the light and colors, and that you did just enough and didn't over fuss!  Really one of my favorites of yours.

BTW, my husband and I really miss Fermilab's arts series.  They always had really great performers.

Kisu, the Fermi Lab concert series are great. I especially love the folk musicians they bring in. In my paintings I really do try to not overpaint and leave something to the viewer's imagination.

Again another great painting, the only thing that keeps catching my eye is the water peeking throught the reeds need to be lower in value. Othewise I really love it.
