5/5 this has a very beautiful serene calmness to it the values are well rendered

I agree with Jamie and Kells - one thing I do notice is that wilth the slight ripples in the water at the front of the boat, moving out to each side, I think the shadow outline of the boat in the water should also reflect some of the ripples.  The shadow is almost too perfect.  The water alone would make for a deflected shadow.

Good point on the boat reflection J. R. Just a slight ripple on that shadow/ reflection would be a plus . I can't change this one, now .  But, I will keep it in mind for any  future  painting like this .

It was my first painting with multiple glazes to get that effect of seeing the bottom near the dock.  Each painting is a whole new learning experience.
