I'm having a very hard time getting a shot of this painting. It looks so different from the real painting

What an excellent painting of an excellent young man! I guess this is the time for Children. Many post of wonderful kids. Yours is among the very best.

Looks great as posted.

I suspect the colors are more intense than shown.  Very nice.

Gene, I think the picture lacks the depth that I see in the painting. May be that's the way it is with all photos. I don't know. But anyway I'm pretty happy with the way this painting turned out. I might still touch the hand, but untill I finish my next painting I will still enjoy this one.
