14X18 Acrylic on Canvas Technique: An imagined place to go and rest for a bit.
How lovely. It is a quiet place.
Thanks, Elaine. I guess I achieved my goal.
What a fantastic painting....
Thanks, Leonard, I really appreciate that.
Very nice. Looks like a quiet, peaceful place.
Thanks, Margo
A terrific piece, Skylar.
Thanks, Marty, I keep trying
I just found this (after being off-line for toooo long). This is beautiful. When I was a child, in England, we lived near a spot like this. It was a place where we kids would escape for the day and imagine Medieval castles and games. This is so peaceful and recaptures those times. Thank you for that, Skylar.
Thanks. Sarah. I love your reminisences. I was happy with the way this turned out. By the way, the bridge is based on Baumbridge's small bridge - that isn't where you grew up, is it?
Nice piece, but I feel the placement and size of the signature detracts from it a bit.
Thanks Bill - i dont see it, but then again that's always the way I sign Things
OK, I've been busted on my signature more than once. Here is the deal - It is intentionally large, and applied only to the uploaded image. The original has a more discreet Sig.
Love your work, and thanks for the comment.
Great acrylic technique and I quite like the signature as is.
cheers
Mike
