I did this one en plein air. It is off of Hwy 6 near Guelph if you know western Ontario ;) I was sitting in the back of my suv with the hatch open while doing this one.

As nice and clean as the colors are, I don't find a subject. My eye travels back and forth through the levels and settles on the light spot in the middle where the greatest contrast is created because your lights and darkest tones meet. But the eye can't stay there because of all the horizontal motion that for the most part isn't interrupted by anything. Maybe a guy walking his dog or something vertical that cuts some of the horizontal motion would help. And don't forget about 3rds.
