Happy Valentine's Day.  It is my opinion that we all need to love and be loved so I think Valentine's Day is for everyone, not just lovers.  I really like pineapple so when I was cutting one up and looked down and saw a heart shape, I plopped it on an antique plate hand painted with pansies, and painted it as my Valentine to everyone...and then I ate it!
