Finally got around to painting the orange to partner the apple! Tried to keep it loose and capture the light. Please let me know what you think.  6 x 6 acrylic on canvas

So beautiful christina! Warm colors and so " loosly" painted, as it seems,

Love the composition, the complementary colors (orange and blue, your loose strokes, beautiful.

If you don´t mind my saying and since you asked, I´d change the white ( to indicate light) for a lighter version of the color that is reflecting light (yellow, orange , green). The white would be just a tiny spot whithin the lighter yellow-orange green in some edges. Hey but that´s me.

Happy painting!

I love the expressionistic style of your art. Your paintings are unique and and the colors are fantastic.

Thank you so much Elisabeth, Celia, Richard and Raul...Raul, I do not mind you saying AT ALL! LOL I love to get critiques because sometimes what is obvious to the viewer is something the artist overlooked having stared at the painting for so long! The white is a little bit of yell. hansa light/titanium and I agree with making it brighter instead of lighter and just a hint of it, I'll give that a go.
