Why the snake bite on your hand???  The only thing I see wrong with your hand is the two dots draw your eyes to themselves and then they never want to leave.  The middle finger I think needs to be sharpened up like the rest of the hand.  Also a slight shadow needs to go behind it to bring it forward.  All in all you have done a very good job

Geri that isn't a snake bite. It's supposed to be my handpuppet!  Do a Youtube search for Senor Wences S'Alright skit. I know you have seen this or heard of this before.

This is very funny.  If you are still working on this, look at your hand and draw in every line and crease that you see with the shadows.  What you have done is a very good start.  If you can go back and look at my hands and feet.  You do not have to make them as dark or use as many line, etc.  They are "Drawing VII" and "Drawing VIII", not the best be will give you the idea.

Thanks jfgarcia and Charlie!

I'll check out your life drawings Charlie. I think that the top of this hand and the area where the thumb attaches to the palm are out of proportion and fixing this one might be more of an exercise in frustration. I think I'll just start another hand drawing and pay attention to where the shapes lay in relation to one another. Practice will eventually pay off.
