Acrylic on textured canvas
What are your thoughts about this piece and the other piece that I posted entitled 'Strength'. I've been developing a sort of style of painting and I just want to know what others think, good, bad or indifferent. Looking for all thoughts and opinions in order to get better at what I do. I am not a trained painter/artist. I have just learned a little here and there along the way as I've painted along the way over the past 3 years.
i think you have a great style! the warm colors and simple shapes make this painting very serene to look at. almost like a fairy tale place. i like it!

Thanks jfgarcia. I am going to try to be a little more subtle with my outlining, or at least try. I see that you are from Guatemala! That is a place that is very near and dear to my heart. My sister in law lived in San Cristobal for a few years, and we have several friends in different areas of Guatemala. I hope to get back to there before too much longer.
