This Old Barn

This is a departure from my usual painting techniques. Instead of taking weeks, this watercolor only took a couple of days. It was fun to do and a bit scary. Pouring color and spritzing with water leaves a lot to chance, then finding shapes in the mess is a challenge.  It was a fun exercise and I'd like to do enough of it to get better.

Very good, Susan.  I love old barns and so many are being torn down.  This picture is a good remembrance.
