This Plains Indian wears a eagle feathers and his face is painted white and red with a black Coup Mark (hand).

Do I read the eyes correctly, one brown and the other a hint of green?  I enjoy the white upper lip as usually it would appear darker in value than the lower lip.  Wonderful work!

Harry, the eyes are both painted with raw umber and white. I think the lighter eye just appears greener
