I agree with cholzschuh, it does have a Norman Rockwell feel. You captured beautifully what you set out to do.

Thanks for the lovely comments everyone.

I didn't set out to emulate Rockwell - but I can see the similarities.  Where Norman would get neighbours to pose I simply used my two grandsons.  I guess it's the use of the silhouette - one of Rockwell's main devices - that brings about the comparison.
