Circular Rose

This rose appealed to me because of its spiralling shape and its warm tangerine colours on the creases and cooler pink petals.  I would love to hear your thoughts and in particular the use of the round canvas.  What do we think about using round canvases in general?

You made this rose pop! It has beautiful colors and shading in it.  I think the round canvas is so interesting with the spiral shape of the rose.  What a great idea!

Michelle, I think the round canvas is an excellent idea, it highlights the rose so well. It  reminds me of looking through a peep hole or key hole. Nice work on the painting!
