Windy Hill, just above Portola Valley and further above the San Francisco South Bay Peninsula cities of Palo Alto, Redwood City, Montain View and others, is a favorite hiking venue of Karoline and myself. The steep uphill is actually a downhill for us, but we sometimes look over our shoulders at it.
