Sharing a "secret"

Oil painting on canvas done with painting (palette) knives; 100x100 cm, 2012

It is advisable to view this painting under "View Full Size" in order to capture the 3D-like texture. The digital photo is taken inside and this is change from my routine since I take photos under natural light outside.

I have reloaded this painting since I was not satisfied with the earlier version I have uploaded yesterday. The present version captures better the colors but less the 3D texture. The original is much nicer.

I always struggle getting a good picture as well. I like this  version, you get better blues int the painting and  contrast which I like.

Thank you Celia for your kind words. Indeed is challenging to get a good picture that capture the real painting. In my case this is difficult sometimes like in this particular case.
