Two things in particular that I like, the hair is rendered beautifully and the look in the eyes is great.

What is gold powder and do you know if it works with acrylic applications.  I have not heard this term before - can you give us some insight?

I like this portrait. I'm not real comfortable with the corner coming out of her head but it's a well executed painting.

Thanks OP - the object of the placement of the line was to make the piece less than comfortable ... hence "Enigma" ... so it worked!  Thanks for the comments, Sarah
