Thank you Margo! Here's a little update. Finished up the brick on the deck and added some yellow to the columns, and removed some of the masking fluid, about to start the detail on beams, and awnings.

All 3 of these oil studies were done on bristol paper with no priming. I know...an artistic sin. LOL I just wanted to paint. All were done in my living room with no photo reference. I like imaginative painting that draws upon principle knowledge and then playing with it. Cheers
