Painting "The eyes of the tiger"

This painting acrylic on canvas 40x80 cm has been realized only with #3 and #4 brush size, hair to hair. It has required about 60 hours, and the frame was realized with wood covered of quartz mortar.

I made a video of work steps.

 

Please, criticisms and suggestions on this work.

on the screen the tiger's fir appears soft as it should.  The eye on my left is slightly brighter but it appears to be the light source side, you have achieved a photo like painting. beautiful job.

Many thanks for your comment and criticism, I think are useful for grow and improve my work.

I can see the left eye is really brighter, but if you look at the reference picture you'll notice the same detail. Can you confirm this or is only artist's imagination ?

I can see in the photo some differences, the pupil on the brighter side is slightly smaller, probably because of the light.  I would deepen the shadow on the left corner of his eye, and just slightly a bit more under the eyelid.  again, such a great job.
