Hi guys, I'm new here so thought I'd upload a few of my pics.  I'm relatively new to drawing (40 years old and took up drawing about 5 years ago). I haven't had any training as such apart from online tutorials and a few different books.  I always seem to find it hard to get inspiration to start a drawing but once I start....I can't stop!!  I've been asked a few times to do personal portraits and would love to do this sort of thing as a full time profession as it's only part time hobby at the moment.  Any critiques on any of my drawings would be more than welcome.

Taylor—

I just saw this posting, after my comments on the your "Obi Wan" portrait.

This, again, is very good work. I'll bet the strong light from one side was a big help.

Excellent work! I really admire you for creating this wonderful artwork without proper training. This can surely inspire other people especially those who have great interest in drawing. Based on this drawing, I can say that you can do excellent portraits for other people as well. Hope to see more of your artworks!
