Hi everybody! :)
I´m a beginner at painting and art in general and I really don´t know much about how to do anything.
I´m working on a drawing/painting on A3, 115 lbs/250g m2 paper, I intend on painting the drawing with acrylic.
I´m wondering if there is some way that I could "glue" this painting onto a larger canvas so that I can continue painting around the paper on the canvas? I´m sorry if I´m not explaining very well, my English isn´t the best.
Could it be glued on with gesso or some kind of acrylic medium and stay there? maybe paint over the whole thing when it´s done with acrylic gloss or whatever it´s called?
Thankful for any kind of help. :)
Vafann ! If you want to stick the painting temporarily then you can simply tuck it with paper clip or if you want to stick it permanently to make your painting large you can stick it with any high power glue. Let it dry properly and then continue with your work.
