There are two points numbered as 1 and 2 below. anser is my reply to what part confusing me

answer( is that a measurement of 1cm as i cant see anthing bing a centimetre.

Q2. This mask of the human face is based on the Golden Ratio. The proportions of the length of the nose, the position of the eyes and the length of the chin, all conform to some aspect of the Golden Ratio.

answer what are the ratios. As i would like to create this mask for a portrait face drawing

If you are planning to make a portrait drawing, isn't it more important to make the drawing look like the subject rather than an interpretation of the golden ratio?

You would be much better off getting a good book on drawing heads.

Try "Drawing the Human Head" by Burne Hogarth or "Drawing the Heads and Hands" by Andrew Loomis.

Dividing a line segment into two parts such that the ratio of these parts equals

the ratio of the larger part and the line segment

gives us the golden ratio (Phi).

the qout above i donot fully understand

this lady who draws model heads talks about how leanardo davinci usesd the golden section to create heads . 1 divisible into 3 . and i think  andrew loomis does  use this technique. of splitting the head into 3 sections. then they use a triangle at the base

which are clos e to making the mask aas based on this prinicple i think
