I have a show which is opening this Friday.  Below is a study of an actor and my self-portrait. 

The “Montgomery Portrait Artists” (MPA), comprised of artists Kathy Bush, Al Laoang, Bill Mapes and Jeanean Songco  Martin announce the opening of their exhibit of portrait and figurative art, “Looking At You,” at the VisArts at Rockville, 155 Gibbs Street (Rockville Town Center), Rockville, MD.  The exhibit is currently open to the public and continues on exhibition until April 14th.  Exhibition hours are:  Wednesday – Friday, Noon – 9:00 pm; Saturday/Sunday, Noon – 5:00 pm.

 The Reception will be held this Friday evening, March 9th from 7:00 – 9:00 pm in the Common Ground Gallery (second floor).  Everyone is invited to attend.

Beautiful! I love the eyes on the first one, the light an all is magnifique! Did you ever considered putting your work on an online gallery? Do you sell?

Thank you Betty.  I really enjoyed that painting.  He was a very sweet man who used to be an  actor.  I am glad you liked the light.  That is what I always try for.  I will check out the online gallery.  I do sell my work butwould love to sell more.  I don't have a regular gallery right now.

Well you could always subscribe to Diffuseart.. that's where i put my work. It came out last week, so it's still kinda small, but i'm sure it'll grow big! You can subscribe for free or have a bigger account for like 10$ a month.
