My latest painting Little Ballerinas at the Ballet Barre

This is probably the best of my Little Ballerinas series I've done so far.  I love the way the back on the standing teacher turned out, there are a few things here and there about it that I'd like to work on a little more but at some point an artist just has to say, "Enough!"

It is from a series of photographs I've taken while my granddaughter has taken ballet lessons for three years.

This touches the heart.  The instructor is so patient,  The little girls are trying to pay attention in spite of the smallest distraction. The colors are soft and relaxing.  I also have little granddaughter ballerinas and I love this work.  Very well done.  Thank you for sharing.
