Thanks Sammy, Iva, Jen, Joyce - I go to bed REALLY early on my nights off so I get up even earlier on my days off - ususally up by about 4:00 or 4:30 AM - this sort of helps me keep my awake/sleep schedule sort of on track. I do love being up that early - the early morning hours are so quiet and peaceful - it would be good painting time if I could just conjure up some daylight at the same time. (I do have a "daylight" light on my drawing table and clamped to my easel but it's still not the same as sunshine thru the windows!)
Jen - Did you somehow forget that the name of this forum is "Challenge"??? I am sort of grumbling at my own choices too - I don't do flowers, perspective and elipses well either (or birds, for that matter - and HERE's another bird!). And, besides - you do a really GREAT job with all off those things! So there!
Iva - That is a cute little baby duck, isn't it? He just looks so ready to play! I found a couple of really cute baby bunny pictures too, but they were all scrunched down in the grass and you couldn't really see anything much except ears sticking up. I'll keep looking for more bunnies for the next challenge 'cause we will still have a few more weeks before Easter when the next one starts!
Robert - Not to worry - keep working - and post when you are ready in Challenge #5 - we will all see it and comment. I'm probably still going to do that cute little bird. I never have time to do them all and I'm ususally THE LAST one to post anything. I'm always impressed with everyone who can actually do them all and still have time to spare.
Holly: sorry I was grumbly yesterday I will be nice and give them a try! I will be busy this week with show but will get to it eventually!
Jen - Grumbling was OK - made me chuckle!
She couldn't wait for St. Patrick, but the leprechans are jumping for joy today!
