Hi all.
Here are three aviation art paintings I have recently done.
"Home to Fowlmere" P-51Ds of the USAAF 505th FS/339th FG, Acylic on canvas, 20"x30"
"By Dawn's First Light" American Airways DC-3, Acrylic on canvas, 24"x30"
This is an old and weathered F-86H Sabre that I quite can't finish due to my schedule of late. Acrylic on canvas, 15"x30"
As soon as I can figure out the gallery section I may post the completed ones there.
Comments welcome.
Thanks.
Andy
Andrew, these paintings are great! My husband is a retired Colonel in the Air Force and he subscribes to Aviation Weekly. They recently had an issue devoted to aviation art. Have you ever entered any of these competitions? Your work is as good as any of the winners I saw in magazine.
Thank you very much Sharon.
No, I haven't entered any competitions to date. Maybe in the next year or two. I have more improving to do until then.
I'll add to the kudos! Very well done. Beautiful work you do.

These are really great, Andrew.
I don't know very much about your subject matter, but the paintings are quality works.
