Im working now in my studio on these human head totem poles. (attached files)

i´m usually very good at drawing and painting from what i see, real life or more realistic kinds of things, but my problem is that i very bad at drawing from my imagination.

im stuck here with the totem heads because i would like them to be very finely done, defined and have a nice drawn black outer line so i could later cut out the totem heads and use them as paste ups on walls.

Also, i´ve been finding it hard to make the heads look like their are really sitting on top of each other and giving weight and squashing each other.. i#m not sure what to do about the shadowing between each head to give it a more realistic look and less like the heads are detached from each other.

It would be a huge help for me i someone could maybe copy one of my totem and just roughly
work on it and draw an outer line over them just to show me about what i need to do with it.

Thanx alot !

Cheers,

Amit
