I have a set of 75 Berol Prismacolor pencils for $40.00 and a set of 40 Van Gogh Royal Talens pastel pencils for sale for $30.00 in a case. If you buy both sets you get a set of 12 Design Spectracolor pencils free. The pastel pencils are not like the regular pastels.
