Sarah, your 'ghostly' is a wonderful watercolour. If I slant the laptop back it intensifies the colour of your post to what I think it would be. Lovely colour on the left side up and across the sky. The water is great with the still quiet areas and the splashing active area from  the running horse. The shield has perfect shape which I think would be very difficult to accomplish. Nicely done.

Claudia and Charlie, thank you for your kind comments.

Shameer, your quick painting of the horse and rider is very nice. Love the power in the rider and the background is a great setting for him. I like the interpretation, well done.

Shameer, I agree with Bonnie very powerful drawing of the knight. I can feel the movement and action in this picture . I looked at it in the Member Gallery in full resolution, thanks for posting it there too.. I'm not on facebook, sorry.

Bonnie your rose is better than great.  I don't know what else to say about it.

After reading about your snow problem I think I will just be quiet about our inconvenience

I thought they would keep Huron open for the ships to go through..

Sahara Your ghost rider is well done and I think cropping it is unnecessary.  I think you need the full frame to give it the depth and the actual ghost feeling.  I do think that the horse is a little too dark if it is to be a ghost too.  If not he is fine.

Claudia the beer & pretsil painting turned out well.  It is a little dark but that is probably from the camera.

Bonnie,  brilliantly done rose with all the soft petals. Well done.

Sarah, good idea to make a ghostly knight galloping across the peaceful cool landscape. Nicely done. I guess you could have made him a headless horseman! :)

Shameer, great movement and colours on your charging knight. Good work!

Bonnie - your rose has great contrast to show off those detailed petals that you managed so beautifully.

Sarah - wow, that's super! (Horseman)

Shameer - great job!

Marsha - glad to see you're over the flu; sorry to hear of your friend's heart attack! Hope he recovers quickly.

Watercolor, ACEO size

The theme photos inc. cup of tea and bears - these are from my home (Beanie Baby Bear)...Was on my way to get a photo to paint from the Chall photos when I came across this in my file from before. I think it's posted slightly crooked but I'm too lazy to fix.
