Sarah, Nice your see your smiling face. the bird reminds me of those metal garden art ones that you touch to set rocking. It is quite a dramatic pieces and you obviously took a lot of time to think it through. Nicely done.

Bonnie C & C most welcome / appreciated
Kim thank you for all the work on the September challenge. So many great photos to choose from but not certain I will have time to work on any of them :(
Claudia fantastic job on the crayons. I love the scribbles you added and the crayons are perfect.
Alexandra great job on the w/c pencil of the student. I especially the softness and pink tones. Wonderful job on the second girl. Your geranium buds are beautiful.
Jose a fun photo and you captured the feeling as you do.
Bonnie Great shadows and depth on the crayons. I like the way some are worn more than others and the lined paper. Great job
Sarah I don't always "get" abstract. Best foot forward is mesmarizing I want to keep going back and looking. Rare pumpird nesting is also very thought provoking.
Marsha your continuos line drawing is a great excercise. Great results.
C&Cs always welcome
Sarah, I love the abstracts, I really like the rare pump bird, It has inspired me to do something else and I will have to post on Chatter because I don't think it will fit with September challenge. I will also definitely try the blind drawing. You have me intrigued. I must admit I did try the finger drawing and it didn't come out like I expected, I don't really recognize my profile, but then I don't get to see my profile much.... maybe it is me.... hmmmm
Alex your Geranium bud is really pretty. I like the pinks. your portraits are always lovely to look at.
Karen nice to see you ....
Jose: I love Oregon, I would like to live in Medford.... my ex lives in Klammath Falls.

Dennis,,,, OH how I love this.... it is beautiful !!!!!!
Denis, this is wonderful. Your school has a wonderful design and the white trimmed windows really makes it stand out. Cheery, warm and fun, a lovely painting.
Bonnie, Marsha and Karen, thank you for your very kind comments on my schoolgirl portraits and geranium buds. Karen, I miss seeing your beautiful work.
Denis, this is a lovely, vibrant painting of the schoolhouse. I love that you added studentsplaying soccer or kickball in the yard. It brings the painting to life. I also love the colors in the trees.
Hello Karen and Marsha...thanks for looking and commenting, enjoyed painting both of them.
can see why you like the Impressionists...looks as if you enjoyed painting this scene.
Yes Sarah I enjoyed it very much. Thank you Marsha, Bonnie, and Alexandra for your nice comment.
