Alex this is so sweet and charming! I don't know how you paint something so small! Just a beautiful little painting.

So today after we finished the big pictures i started this one of the fly catcher in Acrylics on a 5x 7 board. Just to add to our collection for sale at the Elvis thing. I really don't like acrylics but we only have a week so drying time is important. Still have a ways to go.
I am soooo tired!
Jen C & C's always welcome
Jen, can't wait to see the final version of this flycatcher. I wish I knew how you gave him so much personality! So cute!

Comments and critiques are welcomed and appreciated.
Hello Alex.......I was in too much of a hurry yesterday so actually missed the tiny repro.
I agree hard on the eyes...I believe some professionals use magnifying lenses when painting miniatures. I don't (not a professional anyway!) but my smallest has been slightly smaller than ACEO size.
I will post one/two in chatter.

Jen, great start on the flycatcher. The yellow on his throat and breast looks wonderfully like feathers. The background is proving to be interesting. Can't wait to see it completed.
